An American whiskey primer

Whisky. Whiskey. Which is it? The general rule is, if it comes from a country whose name starts with a vowel, include the E. In Scotland, Canada, Japan… it’s whisky.

No matter how you spell it, whether a whisk(e)y novice or connoisseur, you would be wise to review the Beginner’s Guide to American Whiskey. It is a great starting point (and refresher).
